Your clients hear what you need, without you pressing send

Most of the work that stalls in a service firm stalls waiting on a client. This week Mycel stops waiting for you to chase them.

Your clients are told what you need. When a job needs something from a client, the ask now reaches them on its own, short and with a date. When they reply, one answer closes every question it covers, in their own words. You no longer forward anything.

A draft you've read goes out in one press. Review is now a full-height inbox. Each item says when it arrived, and a finished draft goes to its client with "Send to Trattoria Bella", held a few seconds so you can undo it.

Finding clients starts the day you sign up. Say who you sell to and Mycel starts looking within minutes, not a week later. If an outreach campaign ran out of approval, or has people with no note yet, Review now shows it. One press starts the campaign again, or Mycel drafts a note for each person for you to read before anything is sent.

Your firm's rules are files you can edit. House rules, how each service is done, and each client's preferences live in your firm's files. Edit one and the next job follows it. Every save is kept, so you can undo it.

Faster. Pages open noticeably faster; Review went from 2.4 seconds to under 1.4.

Also: Mycel installs on your phone. Forward a client's email to your firm's inbox and their work starts. Adding a client is one box that reads a name, an email, a website, or a pasted signature.
