What Mycel runs

The jobs, one at a time

Same kind of client work. Different first job. Pick the pain you have this month.

When buyers ask ChatGPT
Your client's buyers ask ChatGPT first. Find out what it tells them.
Every week we ask the questions your client's buyers actually ask, on the assistants they actually use, and send back what was said, who got named instead, and the one page worth writing. You approve anything that goes out.
Accounts receivable
Chase overdue invoices without another hire
Mycel drafts the right dunning step from policy, waits for payment or the next rung, and never double-invoices. You approve anything that leaves.
Monthly close
Close the month while you sleep on the easy parts
Receipts chased, books reconciled to the cent, anomalies flagged. The close waits on paperwork only the client has — then resumes.
Pipeline
Fill the top of the funnel, then hand off to delivery
Outreach goes out on a steady rhythm rather than in bursts. When someone replies or books a call, they become a client and the work opens — no separate spreadsheet to keep.
Recruiting
Source and screen without another coordinator
Candidates move through a declared stage machine. Screens and outreach draft for you; party links let assessors answer one ask without a full seat.
Trust & security
Answer security questionnaires without the all-nighter
Mycel drafts from your knowledge base, flags gaps, and packages a review pack. You approve anything that leaves the firm.
Contracts
Review and redline with a human on the signature
Mycel drafts redlines and risk notes from the paper you give it. Counterparties get portal asks; you approve anything that goes back out.
